Saan Traders is a business application connected with the Saan Traders ERP system. The application is intended to provide authorized users with access to business-related functionality and information.

User access and permissions are managed through the ERP system.

2. User Access

Saan Traders does not provide self-service account registration through the mobile application.

Users are created and authorized through the Saan Traders ERP system by authorized administrators. Login credentials or access details are provided to authorized users through the applicable business process.

The ERP administrator may:

• Create user access.
• Modify user information.
• Assign or change permissions.
• Suspend or deactivate access.
• Remove access when required.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not share them with unauthorized persons.

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Saan Traders application only for legitimate business purposes and only within the permissions assigned to you.

You must not:

• Use another person's credentials.
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized users.

4. Business Information

Information displayed through the application may be obtained from the Saan Traders ERP system.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information whenever the application allows them to enter or update business-related information.

Saan Traders may correct, update, or modify information where necessary.

5. Orders and Transactions

Where the application provides functionality related to orders, products, payments, sales, purchases, or other business transactions, such transactions may be subject to the business rules and approval processes configured in the Saan Traders ERP system.

An order or transaction may be modified, rejected, cancelled, or approved based on applicable business rules and authorization levels.

• Trademarks.
• Other proprietary materials.

is owned by or licensed to Saan Traders unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the application without prior written permission.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Access to the Saan Traders application may be suspended or terminated by the ERP administrator or Saan Traders if:

• The user is no longer authorized.
• The user leaves the organization.
• The user violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Unauthorized activity is detected.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
• Access is required to be removed for security or operational reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

Saan Traders takes reasonable measures to maintain the security and functionality of the application.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Saan Traders shall not be liable for losses caused by:
